Quote template library

Reusable lines for work a field team repeats, kept as templates instead of rewritten for every job.

Multi-site quote entry

The same template is filled in for each project site. Notes stay with that site’s quote.

Version management

A quote can move from draft, to the copy entered on site, to a locked issue. Earlier versions remain.
